Help! .......................Please Please Me

I've gone and lost some of the Images used in the template of my blog (something about hotlinking image quotas with Imageshack). I'm not sure if anyone out there will have the item cached away anywhere (probably not if your looking at this).

The offending pic is named contentbglrg4gd.jpg

It was the background image to this content column.



Note to self
Make complete backup of all Blog Items
Do not use imageshack
